An uncorroborated IGI ancestral file claims that William C. Norrell was born at Abbeville, SC around 1876 of parents Elizabeth (1) Woodhurst and Stephen Elmore Brooks Norrell and that he died around 1950.
There is some doubt regarding the above-cited birthyear, as he does not appear among the family in the US 1880 Census.
He was mentioned in the obituary of his brother James Lawton in 1941, at which time he was living in Austell.
