Martha Woodus was born to parents Andrew (2) Woodus and his wife Constance. She was christened on December 9th 1759, her mother being named Constantia [Fairlight Parish Register].
She is the only known candidate for being the mother 'Martha Woodus' of the two illegitimate children listed below.
She is likewise the only known candidate for being the 'Martha Woodus' who married on December 4th 1786 to John Doust [Fairlight Parish Register].
Nothing more is currently known of her.
It appears that William (2) Woodus was buried at Pett on December 7th 1783, whilst Fanny was buried at Fairlight on October 19th 1795 [Pett and Fairlight Parish Registers].
