Eliza (3) Woodhurst was born in 1901 to parents Alfred (3) Woodhurst and his second partner Eliza Gilbey. Her GRO birth reference is [Birth Index: Hampstead 1a 625, 1901 (June)].
Her nephew Alfred John recalled that his father Alfred Edward called her by the pet-names "Doll-doll" and "Dolly", and that she often called on Alfred Edward's home in Bethnal Green during the 1930s, as often as not to borrow a shilling from Alfred John's mother.
In 1926 she married Charles G. (1) Jackson [Marriage Index: Stepney 1c 573, 1926 (Sept)] and produced a child by him later that year.
