The 1841 Census finds her aged "1" living with her parents in Guestling Road, Ore.
The 1851 Census finds her living with her parents at Ore Down where she was occupied as a laundress.
She married in 1857 to James Willett [Marriage Index: Hastings 2b 41, 1857 (Sept)]. He was born around 1836-38 at Sedlescombe in Sussex.
The 1861 Census finds them with two children living at St. Thomas Field in Ore where James was occupied as a blacksmith journeyman. The families of his father Stephen and his brother Stephen were also at St. Thomas Field and were likewise occupied as blacksmiths.
The 1871 Census finds them with four children living at Testers Cottages in Ore where James was again occupied as a blacksmith.
The 1881 Census finds them with four children living at 1, Oregon Terrace, Alfred Road in Hastings All Saints. James, now aged "43", was still occupied as a blacksmith.
The 1891 Census finds them living at 5, Saxon Road, Clive Vale near Ore, together with Charlotte's widowed mother Elizabeth. James was still occupied as a blacksmith.
Rosetta Willett married William Evenden in 1882 [Marriage Index: Hastings 2b 31, 1882 (Sept)]. A descendant reports that they produced at least one child Albert Edmund Evenden, born in 1886.
