Carrie A. Woodhurst was born at Abbeville, SC to parents Andrew Jackson Woodhurst and his wife Ann(e) Amanda Kennedy.
The 1870 Census gives her age as "2" but it is suspected that the enumerator accidentally muddled her age with that of her sister Mary (5). Bratcher records that Carrie was born on March 21st 1870, died on June 4th 1898 and was buried at the Lebanon Presbyterian Church Cemetery. If this birthdate is correct then at the time of the census she would have been aged 3 months - the age that the enumerator actually assigned to Mary (5).
