She married in 1932 to a widower George Leversedge [Marriage Index: Salford 8d 680, 1932 (Dec)]. A descendant reports that by this time George had already produced 8 children by his first wife (Maria Paton) and Alice (1) had already produced illegitimate children by various fathers.
The 1939 National Register for England and Wales finds her living at 4, Islington Square in Salford, widowed and occupied as a canteen hand.
She died in 1981 [Death Index: Salford 39 1017, 1981 (March) : DOB 8JY1899].
