The 1841 Census finds her at age "7" living with her parents in Brent Eleigh.
The 1851 Census finds her at age "16" living with her parents at Town Hill, Brent Eleigh.
In 1858 she married Thomas Cousens [Marriage Index: Cosford 4a 617, 1858 (June)]. They married at Brent Eleigh on June 27th; the witnesses were her brother William (6) Hogger and the latter's first wife Amelia; Thomas was born in 1838 to parents Robert Cousens and his wife Sophia (nee) Leeks [Birth Index: Cosford 12 230, 1838 (June) - indexed as "Cousins"] and was christened on May 20th 1838 at Brent Eleigh [PR: Cosford DB].
The 1861 Census finds Mary Ann (1) at age "26" living with her family and a lodger Robert Blandon at Brent Eleigh where her husband was occupied as an agricultural labourer.
She died in 1863 [Death Index: Cosford 4a 314, 1863 (June)]. She was buried at age "29" on July 9th at Brent Eleigh [PR: Cosford DB].
The 1881 Census finds Thomas living at Lavenham Road Cottages in Brent Eleigh, and the 1891 Census finds him living opposite the Cock Inn in Brent Eleigh.
Thomas died in the Union Workhouse at Semer and was buried at age "84" on November 28th 1922 at Brent Eleigh [PR: Cosford DB].
Charles died in 1865 [Death Index: Cosford 4a 279, 1865 (June)]. He was buried at age "3" on April 1st at Brent Eleigh [PR: Cosford DB].
