Joseph Frank (1) Hogger was born at Pense, Saskatchewan on June 9th 1917 to parents Frank Charles (1) Hogger and his wife Ada Florence (nee) Wiles. He born on the same day as his twin brother Stanley Charles (1).
He married Dorothy Jean (nee) Winson on August 15th 1957; she had been born on March 15th 1924. They produced just one child.
Joseph Frank became a school teacher and principal. He was stationed at the Mountainview Airforce Base in Ontario during WWII; subsequently he received a degree in psychiatric nursing which he then taught at the Saskatchewan Hospital in North Battleford until his retirement in 1980. He died on December 19th 1991.
Peter Kelly married Carmen Therese (nee) Gervais on March 29th 1986; they have two daughters.
